7 I posted yesterday about planes carrying out surveillance in the UK I believe this is the same plane, I checked the same flight tracker and there were no planes in the area. Helicopters up too. I'm not a pilot, but I'm pretty sure small private planes like that don't have to file any flight plan when flying visually (VFR) and not leaving the country.
