You seriously think any charges will stick to this guy? All I see is a man whose well being, whose life is being threatened and defended himself. This shit right here should be an open and shut case of self defense. Any discussion about being in possession of a "deadly weapon" is moot. The knife wasn't a weapon until the attacker decided to be Mr Macho asshole and assault the worker.
