There are 5 categories of mass killing in America: the hoaxes, the savage gangs, the MK Ultras, political terrorism, and the actual psycho killers. The list is in order of prevalence.

This looks to me like a political terrorism hoax made to look like an MKUltra. My guess is they're honeypotting the truthers, mapping the rabbit hole, and someone's gonna get Alex Jones'd.
