Race is the devil's idea. The temptation to just drop a human in a category and not have to think about him anymore. Race is the lazy way, the path that can lead to mistakes like helping someone who doesn't deserve it, or not helping someone who does.

Yes, you can see someone's color, but also see his mind. See his heart, both the organ and his character. See his height and strength, but also his convictions and beliefs. His alertness, brightness, creativity. Discover his curiosities and interests. Meet his family. Share food.

It's not that white boy and some black dude sitting in a car, it's Will and Jon. We're all individuals.
