The few conspiring to discourage the many from starting to participate in what's going on.
"America" represents a suggested umbrella that tempts each one consenting to it to feel like being part of a collective; while ignoring to sustain; defend; or grow oneself.
E Pluribus Unum (out of many; one). The few suggest unity (togetherness); the many ignore unitas (the state of being one; oneness).
