The guideline published on Wednesday requires influencers to have relevant qualifications to discuss law, finance and medicine

The rules also direct platforms to refrain from giving public figures who have shown ‘no ethics’ the opportunity to perform

Thus anyone with qualifications can be cancelled if they say something the government disapproves of.
