Yes, but action, causes reaction. The board aligns from causality. It isn't certain. How can it be unless they're all in on it. They are because trade and money. What is the result if simple profit is forcing the cause and the effect. Agenda. Until I don't even think the strategy is human at this point, rather it is crunched into supercomputers making predictions and rigging any affect, possibly based on human actions. Where it becomes easier to force policy, causing strategy, and agenda.

Of course it lays a course. But how often does it deviate. Buy time, rig, force. Calculated undoubtedly but you need more than a plan A, because at what point does plan B get thrown in.

If it's decades ahead why did it buy time. Russia bought time. Trump bought time. At the same time both played, forcing it, causing it to react more. Like perhaps COVID. Until today's agenda of the inflatables, dunno how anybody still calls them renewables. Prior Obama used deflection. Smoke Ukraine, Ukraine was unheard of prior, it amounted to a lot less global supply than it does now, but a fire in Syria etc. Clearly distraction, or deflection, but obviously part of the agenda. The Arab spring caused Ukraine to supply a lot more globally as Europe entered with increasing Corps forcing demand. But during the Euromadien, it also caused Russian output, Russia started generating far more gas, and oil.

Not all is as it seems. Who knows what it all is?
