20 Want to see something neat, look at the reddit user "f_k_a_g_n". He appears to have IP-tracking and a multitude of special tools nobody else has, not even mods. He's in charge of the r/conspiracy "mod-log" that has been purposely broken for years now. Moral of the story: it's a reddit admin.
