If the few suggest meaning and the many consent to want or not want the suggested meaning; then the few become the chosen ones aka the ones most other choices consent to.
That being said...the few suggest words to tempt the many to ignore perceivable sound; hence those consenting to suggested words empowering the chosen few; while devaluating themselves.
