Unfortunately, it appears this thing has been in the works since 2014-2015, according to some of the patents.

I'm more of the opinion that Trump made them release it before they were ready. They wanted infinite lockdowns. He took that option away.

I could be wrong, but it makes sense.

We can still sue them. Their immunity does not cover willful misconduct.
