DIVERSITY, noun - "difference"...each form represents a differentiation out of the same flow. How do the parasites suggest "diversity"? By suggesting the ignorant many to respond alike; hence by mixing black and white into brown aka E pluribus unum (out of many; one).

Flow drives form (life) from inception towards death. Form perceives being driven by flow as being IN (within) SANE (sanus; sound) PER (by) SON (sonos; sound). The parasitic few suggest the words "insane person" to tempt the many to ignore being within; by; out of and in response to the perceivable source of sound.
The perceivable sound exists before the suggestible word. The latter represents spell-craft to deceive others to ignore the former. Instead of adapting to a moving system; they consent to argue about affixed labels; as suggested to them by others.
