I just bought the cheapest thing I found, did zero research on either what kind of iodine or even what it was supposed to do. The substantial positive effect on my sleep was a complete and total surprise.
Personally, I'd just go cheap and work up from there. The stuff I use says 3 drops per day. I started at 1 drop/day and I'm up to 4 now just by playing around and watching the effects.
