How would you deal with the consequences of overthrowing law enforcement? How would you staff an infrastructure you don't run amidst information warfare preventing you to communicate anything without everything else corrupting it?
How would you deal with the weakness within the host once you took out the parasites? Wouldn't a) an even more persistent batch of parasites be attracted to the opportunity and b) you being tempted to gain control over the host before they destroy themselves thanks to less boundaries?

LAW (rules) ENFORCE (enforced upon) MENT (mind; memory) refers to the laws of nature through the enforced natural order aka from flow (inception towards death) to form (life). Living represents the force of resistance within the force of velocity...dying. The many ignore this for the suggested laws of men; which allows the parasitic few suggesting them to a) enforce the laws of men upon those who ignore the laws of nature and b) exploit the contradiction as "crime".
Natural law cannot be violated; only ignored by those within; which represents the living willingly ignore to resist dying. This represents the foundation of ignorance aka ones choice of want (suggested laws of men) over need (perceivable laws of nature); which tempts the ignorant many within a "chain of command" underneath the suggesting few.
The cops you see are being utilized to keep this exploitation going; which they don't comprehend; since they are following suggested orders; instead of being the resistance within the natural order. Ignorance causes lack of comprehending perceivable; which allows the parasitic few to shape the consenting minds of the ignorant many with suggestions aka choice (suggestion) towards choice (consent) contract law; in ignorance of perceivable balance (offer) to choice (response) natural law. Dying represents the offer; Living represents the response...unless ignored; which makes it short-lived.
Long story short...the many consenting to suggested laws of men allows the few to define (maritime admiralty law); redefine (legalese) and contradict (crime) them at will. Meanwhile the ignored laws of nature are immutable, and the natural order of dying is processing those who ignore living without a hitch.
