On the one hand, if you stick a gun in someone's face and demand their wallet and phone, the police are going to drag you into a courtroom.
On the other hand, NATO evidently thinks, "Yes, we'll drop whatever we damn well please on your shithole country, and no, you're not even allowed to ask us to explain ourselves in a courtroom."
Where's the global police when you need them, huh?
