Seasonal allergies like pollen?

When i eat lots of green leafy vegetables, No sugar except a bit of fruit, Exercise daily, Limit shitty foods and oils, And use a neti pot/grossan machine/navassage (or whatever its called) once or twice a week, i have or very limited allergies.

Also the quail egg thing works, like in the infowars pollen block supplement— i chew one, then “dip” the other between my cheek and gum

For when the snot wont stop, drink only warm/hot liquids, and use some guafinessen (spelling) or ephedrine (bronkaid) when you absolutely have to

To unstop one nostril: Lay on your side and put your fist under your head. The stopped nostril should face the ceiling. Put your head at about a 35 degree angle. Let the weight of your head push your bony knuckles into different tender acupressure points of your skull —you’ll know you’ve hit a pressure point, when it is sore or “tender”—- let it sit for a couple of minutes and try to breathe thru stopped nostril, keep moving to different points until you get it.

Pet allergies, you have to get acclimated to each pet for about two weeks to stop being severely affected by that pet— use a brush/“furminator” to get as much dander out of your house as possible, vacuum regularly.
