My gut feeling is this is CIA-level information leaked by someone fed up with the ruling orders.

It's very significant information on the levels operating behind the scenes. This shows how difficult it will be to stop them - the forces are huge and intertangled with all of society. Knowing this, it is clear why people like Hillary and Obama operate without fear - they are massively protected by unimaginable strength powers with octopus-like tentacles within the US justice system. Many judges are controlled, many attorneys and judges are Masonic members and in thrall to higher levels.
