Blaylock did some nice work on excitoxins and MSG. The mechanism of damage is similar to that of sugar. You need sugar in your blood stream, but if you push your blood sugar outside of the normal range it causes problems in the body. MSG works kind of the same way.

Seems like that's also the work that he takes the most flack for.

Most hit pieces center around excitoxins and portray it as some type of junk science nonsense.

I don't know enough about it to say either way, ngl.
