When Russia wins, it has secured a peaceful future for it's people, Once the true state of Ukraine's bio labs and their "testing" is revealed, I suspect that the whole planet will be grateful.

What are you babbling about. If Russia wins it has secured nothing but an Iron Curtain for its people. They won't be integrating anywhere else.
