Jesus really guy? personal? get over yourself. These are comments on the internet for crying out loud. Don't bring your feeble needs to me.
But, what is Russia getting? how silly to even ask, so, to reiterate we have a military alliance formed in the name of destroying the country, initially it was USSR, so they dissolved to remove the heat, it was not good enough, still have nato, growing closer and bigger and constant.
They plan to win survival and the right to retain sovereignty over the nation. If nato continues to expand into it, Russia will have no choice but to expand outward. Big dog pissing match, until your forces magically grow balls and get the job done they been trying to do for many decades, then we will see continuation and escalation.
Poor ukraine, getting shit on by the west in order to be forced into war with its brotherly neighbour, 8 years and then massive buildup on border, then Russia provided warning in documented diplomatic style to the usa and nato in december, told Russia to fuck off, and sent in tons and tons of air drops of weapons into ukraine. huge buildup of troops in Mariupol and in region, you really need to gather some more intel on this stuff. It is all out there.
Russia is getting nothing it didn't already have. That's the irony. So it's actually losing more. Had it lost it. Wants it back. How much does that cost. It has even blown it up. But it's hurting the West playing a game with it? Ironic. Not at all.
The West has used it to further its own agenda. Brand new technology. Brand new supply lines. Brand new competition. It also gets to close down any other activity. Clearly a case of this and definitely not that. No other choice. Of course there's immediate provocation, inflation, redistribution, and potentially greater conflict. What has the West committed with, yet. Nothing at all. Instead it just strengthen its partnership, its trade, and its resolve.
Because it hurts the west. No it hurts a bunch of other assholes more. Dumbass
More leftist crazy talk from someone who cannot understand information, it really is not a surprise, what is a surprise is you found yourself at a site such as this instead of staying on reddit, I suspect it is because you are a bit too much of a nazi prick with your leftist ideals so even the other lefties ban you, lol, you are a loser.
Understand your bullshit? No, I don't understand anybody who shits themself. It's not very polite.
You however are still struggling with Geopolitics. The West wants to assume a greedier narrative. It so happens to be next gen tech. That future is limitless profit. Single source energy supplying everything is vast profit. At a cost of today's supply lines. It however causes a run off. Where this conflict comes in. It uses it to assert the solution of implementing that tech. Energy specifically. It doesn't care if its citizens pay more for it, they're a prop goading it. It also uses another prop Russia to force it. No more oil and gas, supply lines restributing. A joke the tech still needs it. But it will sooner release other resources like Venezuela, New Zealand, or grease other wheels embargoed. The tech also ties into agriculture. Big huge automated farms. The run off it causes are massive distribution, and recalibration, logistical problems. Does it cause a bigger war? This often happens every time, tech forces solutions, or further down that road. Russia gaining for 5 minutes here is pointless to that future. The potential is uncomparible to those forcing it.
They don't care about a few peasants, or playing a few more off. They've rigged the game. It can war, they'll still profit. Or they continue to contain it. Ukraine being armed bogs down Russia. It affects the supply lines they're restricting, and redistributing. Without forcing it, they simply don't upgrade, because who likes paying more. Nobody. Easier to force it. Although almost every time, it causes greater conflict. Tech doesn't care, it's the future anyway. Those profiting off it, profit regardless. But they've rigged that game. Cause the problem, force the solution, it's another advancement of profit off the demand they've caused for the tech being forced.
Please assume something else. You're a joke. This article is bullshit. Slicing their own lines causes, what. But they're still in control. Why? What are they doing? You thought they're losing. Joke.
There are heaps more concerns. Security and restructuring those lines, and eliminating risk, or containing it. But the population has caught up. The tech has advanced quicker than the debts of implementing it slower, or the geopolitics of it affecting other logistics. Away from this, they're mostly naive to almost anything but the greed they're empowering from the demand they're forcing. It has advanced and they use it too assume control. Cannot have it, without the other run off, being precipitated. As a result it implodes. Too what degree is the only question? But that future ahead is dark. It doesn't calm without its run off affecting far more. It didn't care anyway, because it was never about anything else, except assuming control.
How many people run this account? Sometimes you appear to leave a comment that is worth reading, other times you get this, incoherent ramblings of a leftist technocrat emboldened with the belief in the topics of brainwash from the talking heads..
Most of this comment reads as if you are a madman rushing from point to point without ever taking the time to actually rationalize the claims made along the way.
So let's break some of it down a bit and review wtf you on about.
You claim I am struggling with an understanding of current geopolitics. And this is from the standpoint where you declare nato is running such superior gear that the Russians cannot compare, and any day now nato forces gonna lay waste to Russia.
You begin to rattle off about energy implying not very much specifically aside from some mention that Russia wants to export it.
You end this blurb stating something minimal about the current operation. None of what you said here is worth anything nor does it even make sense given reality, it is like you really have no idea who needs energy or what it is even for.
I think the statement here is clear, you really have no clue what anything is about at this point, perhaps you were drunk, and anything you did have to say come out all jumbled up. Try again?
First of all, Russia has been internalized, it began in earnest after WW2 and again more recently. Basically implying that the old siege tactics we use, of blockading economy does not work on these guys as well anymore. They have all their own resources and also trade with the other 60% of the world that considers them friendly.
Russia has all the energy it needs, it is the west that wants energy.
West is at war with most countries in the world in the form of economic sanctions.
