Central Bank of Russia is a private entity with undisclosed owners completely independent from any Russian Federation government institution by state law and governable by IMF according to the articles of incorporation. That is why it is still trying to use meaningless GDP to make some conclusions, still prevent using RUB for international payments and by any means trying to hold USD/EUR price and key rate at maximum possible levels. Many people here think that Central Bank should be nationalized, list of owners should be published, and top managers should be in jail for treason.

Unfortunately Putin in no way will allow that happen being NWO shill.
