Basically what they do is they take some kidney cells, inject something that destroys the cells, look at the destroyed cells under a microscope and say that the destroyed cells are "viruses" when really they're just corpses of dead kidney cells. They've re-created these experiments with out literally any "virus" sample and its the same result.
Viruses are very small, and thus difficult to obtain good images of, especially when you're using one of those scanning electron microscopes. They have a hard time getting pictures of things like microscopic organisms like a tardigrade, so I'm not surprised the process is arduous. However, those aren't cells in the pictures. No nucleus for starters.
Its just like every other lie they tell. Thy always go to the extremes. Its smaller than you comprehend. Its larger than you can imagine, its further away than you can comprehend.
It depends on the lie, or even if the thing you are being told is what they believe is a lie, or what they believe is the truth. Shadows on the wall mon ami.
and....
No, they're not. You can see even single single cells under conventional microscopes, and those scanning electron microscope pictures of viruses are either made up, not of destroyed cells, or of viruses.
? ??? Scanning electron microscope of images of viruses?
If you don't think they cause disease, they are real.

Do you know how they get to those in laboratories?
This video explains the "process" it in depth, but I'll do a real shorthand version.
