I'm not on the coin.

Read what I wrote again. This act that is gaining traction is a huge, " fuck you" to DC. The District of Columbia got rid of all the people that vote in the manner the people being shipped to them on buses on purpose 20 YEARS ago.

The, "fuck you" is basically saying : you don't even want them, you're not keeping them, and we're going to cot you money shipping them right along.
