I'm pretty sure he and the National Socialists party signed an agreement in 1933 with Jewish bankers and leaders to help the German economy get back on it's feet after the Weimar Republic caused the inflation that almost destroyed the country. I could be wrong, but WWII and the rise of the Nazis was planned out by TPTB at the time.
