I don't know how he intends to do this. It is especially important though as this manipulation is causing idiotic social fads and incredibly damaging ideologies to develop and persist which give imbeciles validation to continue to be imbeciles because there are thousands to hundreds of thousands of illegitimate likes and broken english comments supporting the absolutely stupidest thing anyone says. Mild verbal harassment is an age-old means of countering the type of absolute stupidity that is running amok right now. Our language and dullards, who don't know how to parse meaning or authenticity from words and a profile picture alone, are being manipulated, heavily.
From just a profit-motive perspective, Elon needs people to be smart and aware enough of objective reality (if even half the people on twitter still believe in this anymore) to buy his product. He makes less money if we are all too stupid or unreasonable to understand the value of what we're even being sold by his companies. Plus, if we are experiencing some full or partial form of nth generational warfare, internally or abroad, wherever you may be, it needs to be addressed somehow. Just doing nothing isn't going to work long term, for even those engaged in it.
I'm concerned a bit about some of his former views but hope he isn't momentarily dumb enough to misread the situation strategically. He has a lot of eyes watching him and a lot is at stake: for him, everyone else on the platform and those affected by the discourse on it, so doing something monumentally stupid is just not in his personal interest. That being said, I have no idea what will happen, in the dark as anyone else.

Have the algorithm downrank anybody on VOIP and a hundred phone will have some effect but won't drown out the signal. The way bigger problem is AIs and automated bots.
