Frank James's lawyer and all of the victims should be informed about the people organized to litter the Internet with racist hate speech and incitements to mass shooting. Getting funding, legal defence and investigational expertise is important in this matter.

The role online agents provocateur have in compelling psychologically vulnerable people into acts of violence needs to be exposed. This isn't to give James help in his legal defence as much as it is to enable the victims to be justly compensated. If it can be shown through James's Internet history that he was influenced by these groups, I believe the victims have a case against them. They should be able to sue the shill organizations, including (especially) any governments who are participating.
