I think all bets are off until some time after 2025, when we have a more clear picture of just how many of the vaccinated have died and the demographics of the dead.
An alternative theory would be that the 'elites' (who themselves are mainly of European descent) are using the mass immigration to both institute a divide and conquer regime through outright anarcho-tyranny as well as awaken a fresh racial consciousness in the European peoples (to which I count White Americans of European descent).
Ask yourself why the 'elites' would try to eliminate themselves through replacement with other races...?
