At one extreme, we have federally legalized sexwork and goverent issued monthly prostitute passes, or "tramp stamps," if you will.

At the other extreme, we have compulsory sterilization for virgins over the age of 25.

I'm ambivalent about which solution we go with, but to ignore this issue would be detrimental for the normal population of America.
