Stickying this because I want to find this 40 page paper too. Tried archive.org, libgen, z-lib, yandex, e-tools - so far no joy. Author is not Galen Wnsor BTW, it's Mike Grimmel.

Those are scam sites. When you search for a book title and "pdf" you get loads of automated scam results that populate a page with that title and then "PDf for download" but ask you to register.
