Yep.
Just like dunkin donuts is a private business but cops can still arrest you there.
Arresting folks for real crimes is legal anywhere. State censorship is not, anywhere.
Twitter is not private because it has government ownership
Good luck with that.
Private = not owned by government
Public = owned by government
Therefore, Twitter has government ownership, by definition.
Maybe you can share your definitions of the terms involved here.
