An anniversary of FLEX in Ukraine. Which is an event that seems to happen at the Kyiv embassy at least every five years.

So yeah, it’s not too surprising that a Ukrainian FLEX alumni spoke at a Ukrainian FLEX event that appears to occur on a yearly basis, lol.
