ESG score from blackrock. Blackrock has basically unlimited supply of tax money. Main investor in every company.
They don't need our money, they get it anyway.
True, but I was talking about PR cover. To some extent, also reasoning - DDG has legit competitors (Yandex and Brave Search), so just nuking the company and sending its users to less-controlled sites seems like poor strategy.
They don't mention that in their ads on radio (not sure if they do TV ads). Pretty much mention security and privacy and nothing else.
So people that want that get it. Yes it's more private than Google. Otherwise it's exactly the same.
