EDIT: In fact, that same guy who is show in the video talking about gene-editing a meat allergy into us is quoted here suggesting using a chemical from the tick mentioned in the link above to do the job: https://alor.org/blog/stop-meat-eating-by-genetically-modifying-humans-by-brian-simpson
