Walked it down a hotel-style hallway and picked up ~100 devices for ~100 occupants. I assume there'd be 2 signals per person if they have both a Phone and a Vaccine.
Not convinced, but it's easily testable.
I'm going to go ahead and assert this is just finding cellphones unless we can indicate this possibility.
im in a housing complex and its the same thing. might take a walk later around town and see whats up
The smallest Bluetooth chip I found online is 2.0x1.7 mm, so it's hard to imagine a bacteria-sized miniaturization.
I also haven't seen a way to get the required .07A of current to activate a Bluetooth radio emitter, since wiring would have to be so small.
