IQ curves certainly do exist. But from what I've seen the average white American today (especially the hard core racists) are dumber than the average black person from the 1960s. I recall vividly, the really racists kids in my school (the "we should turn the middle east into glass" type of kids) were at the bottom of the class, and in the lowest learning levels once we started separating into different performance levels.
So be careful about who you stereotype, you might fall into a retarded category as well. You should focus on getting right with God before you judge others. And once you do, you won't be so hateful anymore.
