Recently saw this video on YouTube. And then I remember reading an article weeks ago about scientists wanting to release millions of Genetically modified mosquitos in California and Florida. Wonder if there is any correlation to that or if I'm connecting too much.

Free will "of choice" implies being the response to perceived balance (need/want)...not to suggested imbalance (want vs not want) by the choices others. Choice cannot hack choice; it can only suggest choice to ignore being the response to balance.
It's not hacking if the user willingly ignores the source-code (inspiration) for a suggested alternative (information). To ignore perceived sound for suggested words represents the temptation (want) to ignore response-ability of choice (need).
Science; noun (Latin scientia, from scio) - "to know" aka to perceive "needed" inspiration for the growth of comprehension; not consenting to suggested information by standing under (understanding) those suggesting it.
What others suggest they want represents the temptation to ignore what choice needs to do (responding to perceived balance over suggested choices) aka resisting as form (life) the temptation of being lured towards death through flow (inception towards death).
