There's people in this world who have been raised without cell phones and have the good sense to not stand around in a shootout to get a video "for the gram"
We've already seen soldiers planting ordinance in children's playgrounds for propaganda. As you said both sides are fighting meme warfare. I'm inclined to believe this lady. Everything she says about uniforms and such make sense.
Yes. I think she said she saw it all as she was running to her basement to take shelter. If she thought she was in that much danger, she wouldn’t have stopped to record.
I saw a video last week about a father and son driving to get out of Ukraine. They stopped driving as they came up to a column of Russians vehicles, and then were hit with tracer fire while they were reversing to get away. The scene follows that the engine dies and the son rolls out of the passenger seat crawls around the back of the car and then videos his father lying on the road (perfectly in frame) while the son calls out papa over and over before running off into the bushes off road. There are two ways for me to think about this footage.
That is some dedicated recording, holding shot while papa bleeds out on the road. (But I wouldn’t put it past young people today that live life through their phone’s literally).
Who the f would be be so dedicated to hold the perfect shot of their papa dying on camera....
Things just don’t make sense, up is down, left is right and war is peace...
