It's cute that you think anyone's vote matters. Even in the US the people's voice only counts if they vote for the right guy. Otherwise it's 3am boxes of votes run multiple times with the windows covered.
I'm of the belief that the commies only work if they have to and only if someone will kill them if they dont. I personally think that the demographics is destiny and that the commies wont cheat in elections unless they have to. that doesnt mean I have faith in electoral systems at all only that I dont think commies are ones to work if they dont have to.
