There are no any solid proofs that man on the card is a relative of Putin, except obvious physiognomic resemblance.
There are no any doubts among Russian conspirologists that Putin have very close ties with jews, including Habad Lubavich. It is just a fact.

You are talking about accounts who now suddenly--and on purpose--making themselves look like Russian shills.
Maybe that's what's happening. Or maybe this place has been influenced by Russian shills (and Chinese, and Indian, etc..) since day 1.
That will be the media talking point regarding all forms of online speech that isn't locked down by the Deep State.
