Truth is, there isn't a "plan" and if there is a "plan" like all battle plans they mostly go out the door when the first shot is fired.

I don't believe that Putin is remotely connected to the WEF, but another tread on this board is saying he is, and that the invasion is all part of the WEF's plan.
So, I created this thread, rather than debate the silliness there, and put the question boldly on its face in the title.
People here backwash their reasoning all the time. It's sad. X happens or Y happens and they say, oh, it was planned all along because of A, B, and C, when all there doing is post hoc, egro propter hoc.
