This is from a hearing where Dominic Cummins testified about scamdemic 2020 to an oversight committee in UK Gov. At this point in the testimony they are talking about the "great success" of the vaxx program and how it came about:

“In March I started getting calls from various people saying these new mRNA vaccines could well smash the conventional wisdom.. People like Bill Gates and that kind of network were saying. Essentially what happened is, there is a network of people, Bill Gates type people, who were saying, "completely rethink the paradigm of how you do this... build [all parts of the vaxx program] in parallel"

[...] What Bill Gates and people like that were saying to me, and others in number 10, was "you need to think of this much more like the classic programs of the past.. the Manhattan Project in WWII, the Apollo program. Build it all in parallel".

In normal Government accounting terms, this is completely crazy coz if nothing works out, you've spent billions...and you get zero for it, it's all waste... But what Bill Gates and people were saying […] was, the actual expected return on this is so high that even if does turn out to be all wasted billions it’s still a good gamble, and that is essentially what we did.”

Now some will just see that only profit was on Gates' repulsive mind... but this quote also reveals that he believed the vaxx roll-out to be a guaranteed success in the same way that the Manhattan and Apollo projects were roaring successes

I argue would argue that those programs were guaranteed successes because they controlled the outcome from the start by deciding to fake them as being complete successes - just like they are attempting to do with the clot shots.

"Fake it till you make it..."

And if they continue not to "make it", which I believe is the case with both the moon landings and explosive Nuclear fission, then just continue faking it... indefinitely.

I think this was a sly little "revelation of the method" on Bill Gates part.
