The insolence of the few represents the response to the ignorance of the many. All happening within balance...the very balance (need/want) the many ignore; which tempts the few to parasitically exploit them by suggesting imbalance (want vs not want).

The few exploit a weakness only each of the many by oneself can resist falling for. It's a choice within perceived balance to resist the temptation of suggested imbalance.
