Obviously the idea is that two people with the same name have similarities, so it's like the "simulation" is reusing material as part of a glitch.
The posts are deliberately mischaracterizing it as seeming to be the same individual, people here "not checking the facts," the poster claiming these are the same person and whatnot. Don't fall for it.
