There likely were some Chinese troops in Canada but whatever they were there for they could not have had much effect. Even while it was reported as habbening, tough to find more than 1-2 vids of 25-30 Chinese soldiers jogging in formation. No heavy equipment, no weapons present, no armor, zero. Further, I believe it was winter when this came out and the vid was clearly from spring or summer. There was also a "solid report" of 50,000 Chinese/North Koreans blown up in a Maine DUMB. I want to say it was around the same time but not certain. That was also a big zero.
