My sides. Shots reduce heart attacks. Pure snake oil. Get yer magic elixir, it cures everything, everything from snake bite to coughs. Just like all those other faith healers, believe in miracles. Pay for another shot, and it contains the magic remedy, because the formula is fool's gold.
