The pictures are pretty compelling. Justin has pretty distinct features that northern of his parents have but Castro does have.

The only thing that makes it hard to swallow for me is Justin has blue eyes, a recessive gene that requires two blu eyed parents.

That's not right.

If both parents have brown eyes yet carry the allele for blue eyes, a quarter of the children will have blue eyes, and three quarters will have brown eyes.

My kids have blue eyes and my wife has brown eyes. There can be recessives in the ancestry that are passed along.
