Can you do them on some kind of material that you can observe or monitor for health?
If you had a microscope it would be really helpful. Check out what is in or on the swabs under magnification. And see the results on the test subject... I am curious about this because I know someone who got severely ill immediately after having taken the pcr test
So maybe an earthworm? Or real kombucha that still has living cells? So you can see under a microscope if the pcr test does any damage to the cells immediately or in the days .

Ohh OK sorry for the misunderstanding. This will be an interesting experiment :)
My suggestions would have been more suitable for the pcr test. I will think about some better suggestions:)
