Nothing new.

The New Black Panthers did this for Obama's campaign, that is, hanging around outside polling places looking stupid (I mean intimidating) and the Negro Eric Holder (Obama Attorney General) did nothing about clear voter intimidation because they were "his people" (and that's a quote folks).
