The vaccines will kill nobody (I mean no mass murder). Lets take for granted the 13 families and hidden hand conspiracy is true or has some essential truth in it, which I more and more believe to be true. If we take for granted population control/reduction is the aim goal, then it makes no sense to reduce population now. Because they have no AI to do the dirty work for them. Unless they have already developed this technology...

Edit: this vaccine could very well be totally innocuous. They need to first expose and refine the idea of mass vaccination, then mass vaccination through repeated boosters. These concepts need to be ingrained into the minds and become commonly accepted.
