Basically, Natural Law means what we all find Naturally unacceptable such as murder, rape, theft, ect....

Once the Deep State fully collapses, we will need to use a Police Force to enforce these laws.

People would call the Police to report such a crime. The Police determines if Natural Law was violated and if so, investigates the matter.

Courts would be empowered by random Juries of 12 people. Judges would be more like administration guides. They would mostly guide the process. The Jury would recommend a humane solution to resolve each case. If the defendant feels he was treated unfairly, he can request up to 3 trials in total. Each trial ends with a humane resolution. If the defendant is found guilty in all 3 trials, he can pick which resolution he wants from the 3. He will obviously pick the one that is easiest on him.

Juries would be randomly pulled from the local neighborhood and assigned to cases they know nothing about until the start of the trial.

People would have to fund the Police most likely through an anonymous donation system. If the People lose faith in their Police, they simply stop funding them. If not enough People fund it, the Police suffer and the People feel the pain since crime would rise. Btw, crime will be much lower once we fix the economy since almost all crimes are financially motivated crimes. Hence we won't need as many Police to work for us which lowers our costs. All Police expenses must be noted and corresponding bank account activity linked to it in an easy to read format. This data would be emailed to all local residents. This is transparency. We would need some transparency into the Jails and Prisons as well for inspection purposes. Since We The People pay for them, we are the bosses and the boss must inspect what his employees are doing. Every local neighborhood is responsible for funding their local Police. They can, at any time, dismiss the entire Police force (usually to flush out corruption) and start again with fresh Police.

All court cases are recorded and posted so People can use them in future cases as need be.

Other than the Natural Law system, we should have a list of 5-20 guidelines promoted all through society. These guidelines are mostly powerful recommendations for a successful life. For example, 1 guideline might say "Stay united. Unity is Power." Another might be "Be protective of the Natural Rights of your fellow human." These guidelines are then pushed through media and education to reach the general public.

It's all very simple really. We will have an economic system later that makes life extremely affordable so very few people will take the criminal route to make money. Why become a crack dealer if working 20 hours a week is good enough to live an abundant lifestyle?

Also, the best way to rehabilitate people is by teaching them how to get what they want without breaking the law. Many choose crime to achieve their ends because they don't know how to do it in a better way.
