I have a speculative theory that Biden is being made up to be a Patsy and his handlers are making him worse with the drugs they are pumping into him (ones that they are giving him to supposedly improve him mental clarity for the cameras)

He has gotten NOTICEABLY more cognitively impaired ever since he's been in office through 2021. I don't think it's just rapid-onset-dementia.
